Q: I left my mask on for too long, whats the best way to remove?

A: The BEAN mask is the type of treatment that no harm will be done if you leave it on for longer than 20 minutes. To rinse, we recommend you place a warm washcloth over your face to soften the mask, and then gently remove with either the same washcloth, or rinse and exfoliate with palms of your hands
